    I started peas 10 days ago in a small raised bed – the weather has been quite good so they've just started poking through the ground now.

    A neighbourhood cat keeps the rodents in check, and I'm keeping them covered from birds, so it's just slugs that could cause a problem.

    I planted peas more densely than last year. Last year was my first year growing them and I thought 1 row 10cm apart was enough, but it felt very sparse. I probably have 40-50 peas in the same space I planted 10 last year. Even if there are some losses, I should have enough.

    hi hope your well , im loving the fence for the beans great idea ! did you look into a side green house for the side of caravan , i pray we have great weather this year i love to pop in and see how your gardens getting on
