Is that a mormon temple as your view? Not much privacy in that backyard.
That backyard is legit! Too bad the Mormons are basically in it as well.
No matter what……you cant hide from the fact that you live in Utah. Terrible. U lose. Oooooooooooof

Nice house and yard, awful location! That backyard has a perfect view of a parking lot and the tops of cars along with a hideous massive building.

it's really cool. but toooooo busy… it would be an eye sore instead of a relaxing place.. in the long run.. cause the cool factor wears off quickly…
Why is it always so modern? It’s beautiful but don’t you guys ever do real stone and boulder work? I’m in Texas, just bought 20 acres, covered in trees and I want more trees, I’m going to have a baby tree farm in the front yard with raised planters in a pattern that works like a maze to get to the center pergola. I want my house dropped right in the middle of this property hidden. And I want my pool to just be half a million dollars in boulders only. The patio. The long waterfall a bid 200 inch screen that rises from behind the falls with a pool shelf with chaise lounges facing it. The waterfalls around 3 feet high but 40-50 feet long along the back of pool with hidden cave in center to swim under and chill. Why isn’t this appealing anymore. I walk into a bass pro shop and I think omg who designed this? I want my acreage estate to feel like a hidden paradise that has always been there. I like quiet wealth. This screams. I don’t like that. Look at me look at me. I probably would have chosen this when I was 30. Now I’m 45. It’s sterile. And they have neighbors they have to look at every day shoot me.

For $2 million dollars…I better not get plastic grass….
I hope that is fake grass. Why try to use natural grass in a semi-desert environment? Big-sized house and yard, but all ruined by that giant-ass building (church) and major road in the background.
Is this what a modern McMansion on steroids looks like? If it was put in a much better and private lot location, it could look awfully nice.
House seems so exposed especially near a road. Weird doesn’t have 10 foot fencing.
What some people are missing is that the Bishop has no commute time from church to home hence the temple in the back

Okie, fence is too low. View of the temple is getting old quick. Backyard definitely needs more trees or high fences to give the home privacy. Any ideas on how many people are needed to maintain the home, the yard, and the cost? Even millionaires can go broke living in this home.
