This is a Crested Variegated Echeveria ‘’Cubic Frost”. Did some research and found it could be very hard to take care of. Anyone has one similar, tips?

With such white/pink leaves, there’s almost no chlorophyll for the plant to be able to sustain itself.

It’s extremely variegated, and is lacking a lot of green chlorophyll pigment. It will grow slower and possibly struggle due to this. That’s probably the general issue here. Ensure it’s potted in a well-draining !gritty mix; and a pot that adequately drains. If this setup is not that, repot immediately. Acclimate gradually to some sun or !growlights. See the !watering wiki below for information on watering.

It’s a bit wrinkled. This could mean it’s thirsty, or could mean it’s struggling from overwatering. That’s really difficult to tell in new plants.
