You can’t see them very well in the photos but there are 100s of isopods as well as a greatly smaller number of night crawlers, millipedes and centipedes, slugs, springtails, and some weird black bug that I think is a devils coachman.

This terrarium was created in November of 2024 (I know it’s not nearly four years it just sounded more grand lol) I don’t know all of the plants I have in there I’ve tried image searching but nothing matches exactly. The light source as you can see is an led light bulb. I use a hand held air pressurized water sprayer to water the tank daily with tap water( we are well fed so there’s no big danger of using the facet and the plants seem to love it). The substrate is a mix of coco fiber as well as soil from the my yard. It’s a 55 gallon tank.
