Ok so my grandma wanted to throw away this plant and I was wondering is anyone knew what kinda plant this is so I can care for it's needs I need yalls help 😛(also I tired sherching on Google and nothing helped)
It’s a succulent, so that soil needs to be relatively dry. If there’s any extra water in that pot, tip it and drain it.
Someone will chime in with the exact name.

It is some sort of succulent. Possibly a grapetoveria. It needs to be in a soil that has a much higher inorganic material. It is also thirsty and needs more light. Repot it (same pot is fine) using a medium that is more inorganic. 1/2 succulent soil and 1/2 perlite. Even mixing what you have with a gritty mixture and perlite would work. After you repot, let it sit for roughly a day for the roots to callous then water thoroughly. I trust there is a drain hole in the pot. You could let it soak for 10-15 minutes, drain thoroughly then put it in an area with more light. It is save able but you have to make changes.
