The scion hasnt seemed to budge too much; could be a mix of the strong sun during day, but cold evenings, stunting it.
Seems fairly secure in its connection, but ive noticed the rootstock has plumped up big time and is poppin out pumps from all directions (or almost)

Is the graft pumped and firm too? If yes then keep cutting the pups off. Some grafts can form a solid union but not pump til much later.
