Built a new chickin coop and run this winter

We got 10 chickens last year, but all but one and our rooster was taken by the fox, so this winter I decided to build a chicken fortress.

14 new girls just moved in, and the rooster is having the time of his life, lol.

The the footprint of the whole thing is around 6×10 meter (20x32ft), and the coop itself is 3x4m or 12m2 (9x13ft). Still needs paint, and a bit of finish work. I also need to build the interior, but so far the new girls prefer sleeping in a pile in the corner, and it's gonna be a few weeks before they start laying.

If anyone has suggestions or tips for the interior, let me know! I plan to make a "poo-table" under their roost that I can scrape out of the little door, into a wheelbarrow. Need to decide where to put the nesting boxes.
