My tomato plants have thrived this winter, but I’m looking for some guidance with a couple things:

-the white mildewey splotches (on the top of leaves)

-white tiny fly looking things on vines and fruit

-guidance on pruning

I’ve never had plants make it through the winter, but we’ve had enough warm days to get a harvest on thanksgiving and another in early Feb, and now they are covered in blooms. Not sure what I should be doing to help ensure my these plants keep going.. less

    They look great! A little pruning would likely go a long way. Just trim off some lower leaf branches to encourage more airflow and you’re probably good to go!

  2. For the white spots (powdery mildew) I like to spray with copper fungicide to slow the spread. No matter how much you improve air flow, it’s always a problem for me in 10b.
