(Ariocarpus Kotschoubeyanus) I know it's not San Pedro, columnar or mutated. But I feel like my feel cactus crew has a wide variety of knowledge as opposed to me. Help me out! What's the care, the lore, and everything in between. Shout out u/junecactus for the opportunity to grab a lovely specimen.

Maybe try r/cactus
This is dope but they’d probably appreciate it more in the lophophora sub. They enjoy a good taproot over there.
All I know is that it is nicknamed “The living rock cactus”, for how it looks like a rock in its natural habitat in the Chihuahuan desert. And that Joey Santore from the Crime Pays But Botany Doesn’t channel is always talking about it.
Man, I love an ariocarpus! Prob my fav non medicine cacti.
Just throw a tricho in the background next time lol. She’s a beaut!
