I rooted a bunch of these pups with great success. There is one that is getting a little crazy. Just making sure I don’t need to isolate

    I would isolate if it were me. I really could just be the beginning of a cool crest but until it gets a little bigger it’s not 100%… It does look like it to me… The display will fill out nicely without it but you can plant it separate and isolate. But beware, if it is witches broom, it may have already spread to nearby pups so time will tell.

    Is does not really look like witches’ broom, most likely it got cored by accident (its apical meristem got destroyed), and being unable to continue growth, it started growing pups.
    They do not seem misshapen – normal, well formed, with distinct ball shape.

    Burn it down now, jk this doesn’t look like witches broom. Broom is more aggressive you’d have pups on pups on pups.
