They won’t survive in this condition in room temps. Option one : you put them in a pot and water them; Option two : make sure the substrate is still wet/humid and put them in the fridge so they don’t wake up for another week.

Wrap the roots in wet newspaper, a pretty good amount put in refrigerator

There should be moist moss around the roots. Check that the moss is still moist, tie the bag back up, and place in a cool dark location. They will be fine for a while.

You want to “heel them in”.
Basically, space them out in a loose trench of soil, with the roots covered but the trunks laying on top of the ground. Keep them moist.
A quick search will give you more detailed info.
Edit. And for only a week you could probably just leave them in the wrap if there is good substrate wrapped in there with them. Really, the most important thing is to make sure the roots stay moist but not waterlogged and that the trunks don’t get too warm and decide to “wake up”.

Put them in a pot and keep it watered. Or you could wrap them in wet paper towels and put them in the fridge.
