Dosage Guidelines:
Fresh & dried leaves 4-10grams daily
Leaf tincture 2-5ml three times a day
Fresh leaf juice 1tsp two times a day
Fresh roots 2-8grams daily
Dried powder 250-1000mg four times a day

  1. Hi Amy, I have always imagined dandelions to be very bitter. Could you give an example of what they taste like and the petals? Thanks

  2. I have read the leaves are bitter. How do you find the taste. I imagine the younger leaves may be less bitter. Perhaps cooking them in a fritter reduces the bitterness.
