My plant is doing good, I’ve had it for 6 months and gotten 4 or so nice big leaves since. I’ve noticed it has been producing more aerial roots and also has a root growing through the bottom of the pot. I was going to repot it soon and install a moss pole but I want to make sure I’m doing the right thing to avoid harm. I also want to cut those roots because they look creepy but I’ll leave em if it’s best. Also please advise on the brown stem part right above aerial roots. I don’t want it to get toooo much bigger either.

I water once a week-10 days and let it drain.

It is in a big window off to the side so getting nice light.

Beautiful!!   I snip off aerial roots because they creep me out!  This does no harm, I read about it beforehand.  The browning on the stem is normal.  Lots of my stems look like that.  They can get thick and a bit woody.  They tolerate being root bound, don’t have to rush to repot.  Mine is in a pot about your size but five times bigger plant.  Very nice plant you’ve got there! 🤗 Also, they would rather have less water than more.
