Hi all. I’m currently planting my new garden and looking for good UK websites to order plants from with a decent range and fair prices. I started using Crocus but some things (especially grasses) seem quite pricey.
Because I live fairly central in London and don’t have a car, getting to garden centres isn’t very practical, so online is easiest.
Any recommendations?

J Parkers, Farmer Gracy and Thompson and Morgan. Never ordered anything from them full price. Sign up to their mailing lists and keep an eye out – there’s always tons of bargains.
YouGarden has been very good for me for the last year. Nothing I’ve bought from then has fails.

I’ve had some pretty crap experiences recently with some of the big online suppliers like Suttons. Ashridge nurseries very good. J Parker’s good.
Shire plants – all UK grown, hardened off etc. really good stock and really good prices. Nice small independent business which is always good to support too!
Placed an order with J Parkers a while back and they were pretty rubbish. Crocus had good customer service but it was a while back.
