Only a few leaves are like this. I water it only when the soil is dry. I have been feeding it half a serving every watering session (it's winter here). It has a plant light on it, but the leaves closest to the light are fine so far. Is this some kind of fungal disease?

I've Google image searched it, I've found many possible causes, but I'm looking for someone that knows what it is from experience or science 😁
Overwatering, under watering, rust, fungal of some kind, etc etc
