This is currently my front yard. I had bermuda grass. I could not work on it at all since fall and it was covered with leaves + shade from the oak tree and cold weather killed my front yard. I am now ready to get it back to life. I have trimmed the front yard tree so that I get more sun. I am planning to now add some top soil and put sods of St. Augustine grass instead of Bermuda. What else should I do? Aerate the yard? And should I stick to Bermuda or will St. Augustine grow fine? Thanks
