I'm not a new Recruit I just don't know how to flair this

I've been a faithful shopper at this nursery for about 5 years. I've never proplifted from there. It never crossed my mind to. I've gotten to know the owner and employees and enjoy trips when they get new deliveries.

For the first time, I saw this sign this week. It made me so sad that they had to post it. We gotta do better. This is a mom/pop place not a big box store. Why do people ruin things?

That’s crazy people are taking clippings from a small business. Showing up with scissors is another level.

Should only be okay if found clipped on the ground

I still kinda doubt the premise that this sub’s culture around theft has any bearing on how much people proplift. With only 23k users we should have fewer posts about being responsible and more shared success stories. Show me your props!!!

I work at a small business plant shop and we actually had someone steal a top-leaf cutting off of a monstera albo… that was insane and we were all so shocked and violated tbh.
