I can't wait to see the growth of the Jade Prince Dawn Redwood. I wish I could grow one, but alas it's much too big for my yard. Such a magnificent, majestic tree. I hope the Thundercloud Japanese Black Pine does well in your high PH landscape. I believe it does prefer more acidic soil, but it is a beautiful tree. Great structure. I love the hellobores/fern/hydrangea planters. I wonder if they could be pretty year round?
