One of the first new businesses coming to Chattanooga’s Foundries District and next to Erlanger Park has been announced.
On Monday, Creature Comforts Brewing Company, a brewery based out of Athens, GA, announced the opening of a beer garden next to the new Chattanooga Lookouts stadium.
The Creature Comforts Beer Garden will open in The Shed this April, according to a news release by the company. The Shed is the historic foundry building next to Erlanger Park, which Creature Comforts says can hold hundreds of guests.

The beer garden will offer a full lineup of Creature Comforts beers, including seasonal and limited series beers.
The company plans to remain open on most game days, non-game day weekends and other occasions.
The Chattanooga Lookouts’ new home is less than 50 days away from its grand opening.
However, as the Foundries District continues to develop, Creature Comforts will move to another, permanent location next to The Shed. Its new, future location will be located along the Riverwalk.
It is currently unclear what The Shed will feature once the Creature Comforts Beer Garden moves out, but Local 3 has reached out for more information.
Creature Comforts plans to release grand opening information in the coming weeks.

Creature Comforts is the 31st largest brewery in the United States after entering the market in 2022.
