First time using Scotts Step 1. I know I’m supposed to put it down when soil temps are between 50-55 but after this stretch of warm up it’s saying the temps will drop back down to highs of 50’s and lows in the 30’s until the end of the month.
Would I be okay putting it down this upcoming weekend or early next week, or should I wait until the temps are more consistent at the end of the month? I don’t want the product to go to waste and get maximum coverage.

Use this. And as a backup, wait for the forsythia to bloom.
I mean idk about Pittsburgh but in Southern CT I still have 6-8 inches of snow on the grass. I know it’s supposed to get warmer, but no way soil temps are even close to the ambient air temps.
