Watch over for overwatering. I stick a finger tip in my pot and only water when dry. I’d go ahead and chop off the dead part. Best of luck, such a pretty plant

Could be root rot due to overwatering. I would check them out.

If this is the self watering planter from Sam’s/Lowe’s/Home Depot/Walmart that I think it is, toss that bad boy out. It holds so much water (way too much for most if not all plants in my opinion) check the roots asap and let the plant dry out. If you want to keep the pot, you need to water a lot less than you think you do and empty the cover pot after 20-30 minutes when you water.

One more vote for too much moisture.

100% overwatered. I water mine every 12-14 days and it is thriving indoors here in Houston. I keep the humidity around 60-70% with a dehumidifier in its vicinity. Most successful growers water Thai’s every 14-21 days in the winter. A standard deliciosa, you would water every 7-10 days on average, they also recover quickly from overwatering in comparison to Thai’s. Remember: less chlorophyll= slower metabolism in these plants. They needs less water than your standard Deliciosa. Also, try to use distilled water when watering.
