What’s happening to my giant and healthy Hoya?!?
I was gifted this very old and mature Hoya two years ago after an elderly lady in my neighborhood passed away.
I’ve watered according to the seasons. It stays in our humid bathroom. It has a drainage pot. Gets filtered light daily.

Would be helpful to see the whole plant. I am new to Hoya, but this looks like a possible pest or 2.
Have you checked the roots? Do they smell? Or are mushy? That would be root rot.
Those black dots could be poo of a pest, could also just be edema from over watering. It does look like an old scale scar on that leaf…which scale is a pest too.
