i propagated it upside down and went to pot them and just realised. what do you think i should do?

    Thinking of chopping the top off and trying again with the other set of nodes near the leaf?

    I would cut the stem in the middle and plant the rooted part the right way around. I think if you try to put the part with the leaf on into a shallow dish with water it might still root, so you might get two plants 🙂

    You could try planting it horizontally, with just the leaf poking out. It should eventually grow in the right direction.
