I added pebbles for drainage, soil containing charcoal and other fibers, some fern moss and a Peperomia:))) I also added two small earthworms to the soil(figured they might help with decay and fertilization)

Please say you got springtails in there :). Otherwise it’s perfect!
What kind of light is it getting?
