“Home and Garden” will open March 6 at Spoonbill Gallery in Greenville.
The exhibition, which features works by multidisciplinary artist Amy Shekhter of Florida, will be at 1292 Pendleton St. through March 28.

Her works draw from remembered spaces, textures and landscapes and she creates each piece by combining digital design with layered materials and textures that are assembled over time, said the gallery in a news release.
“Home, for me, is something you grow into,” said Shekhter. “It’s built from memory, care and repetition—small moments layered over time. I want the work to feel familiar in a way that invites people to notice themselves within it.”
Spoonbill Gallery will hold a First Friday reception March 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. to celebrate the new collection.
