I’m new to this. My pitcher plant that I’ve had for 5 months is doing really well. It lost its pitchers when I first brought it home and they are coming back now. But now I see these new sprouts coming up at the base. Is this plant good as is? Am I supposed to repot it? Is there a separation process? Or is this just going to fill in this under space? Thanks!

No need to do anything different. These are basals, from activated nodes closer to the base/bottom of the stem.
