As pictured, I did this when I was attaching it to the moss pile I put together. I don't really have any experience with these and how they grow. Can I expect a new stem or stems to grow and eventually replace it, and then keep climbing? Or do I need to start again with a new plant? Any advice would be much appreciated

It will shoot a new growth point from right below the break

The same thing happened to my silver sword philodendron. The break ended up activating two growth points.

It’s gonna grow back. Not from the exact same spot, but it 100% will grow

If the part you cut off has a node throw it in water and root it then plant it back in your pot

I did this with mine and it activates new growth on every node behind it (7)
