Mine started the same way, I would just leave them.

Given my recent experience, I’m going to suggest you take them off the heat mat. They also seem to really like the purple light. Also- you may have just watered, but they like to be dry for a day between waterings. Mine hit around that age and suddenly tried to die on me. I removed them from the heat, took them to a darker area with purple lights, and watered led frequently and they look really good now. I don’t see a way to add a pic. Maybe it’ll show up after I reply…. guess not. Sorry. But mine are doing really well with the one I transplanted growing quite large and the other staying smaller.

Dill does best with direct sowing.
