I ordered a philodendron snowdrift starter online and received this guy with one partially green leaf and the rest were mostly white and they eventually turned all white- the one that had the most green was slightly damaged from shipping and eventually succumbed to his injuries. Is there any hope? or will it eventually just die?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t the leaves turn green as they age? I thought they had that in similar with Whipple Ways.
I’d just keep it under as much light as possible. I’ve never had an issue with my Whipple Ways leaves.
