It feels slightly squishy, but not as spongy as other rotten cacti I've had. I'd post a video but this sub doesn't allow them.
Below there's a picture of it from the video. Mind you, it only moves maybe 1 mm or less when I press on it, but it's not as firm as some of the other cacti I have.

It looks ok. Maybe don’t water it for a couple of weeks and keep it under observation during that time
