Recently built this garden bed and put in 2 kalamata olive trees (I have since staked them).
For ground cover/weed control I was thinking of putting in black woodchip then planting some dichondra. Or have a go at growing some voysia. Any other suggestions or tips?
Based in Sydney. This garden bed gets full sun from about 12noon onwards. I am unlikely to water too often so doight tolerant properties welcome. I don't particularly like flowers with strong scent but if it's a native I could be swayed.

You’re going to need to water everything regularly especially while it’s hot, until established/rain takes over.
I would ensure the plants you put with the olive have similar nutrient, water and soil requirements too.
Id consider going for some sort of groundcover saltbush, something like atriplex semibaccata or Enchylaena tomentosa.
Not only are they native but they have low watering requirements like olive trees
