Any ideas??
It was perfectly healthy for MONTHS and then this happened sometime within the last 24 hours.
It’s been in the same place its entire life, no change in amount of sun or temperature and the water gets changed every 1-2 weeks (filtered).
I’m so confused!

My guess is a lack of nutrients. Do you fertilize the water?
Three guesses considering you take good care of it: bugs (spider mites?), cold damage (if you have it in a windowsill and it’s cold in your area, or mineral buildup from hard water (I see some deposits at the top of the cutting, sometimes they just get to a point where it’s too much, maybe this was somehow compounded with nutrients in water but idk about that). ORRR it’s too much fertilizer.
