What is the substrate and what is the type of water you are using? What is the watering schedule and how do you keep your plants watered? And as for lighting, is it an outside plant or is it an indoors plant. If it is indoors, what is your lighting routine? If it is an outdoors, is it in full sun, shaded, and if full sun does it have full sun all day or do you know the hours it gets?
edit: Those plants are both droseras of some sort. One of them looks like a D. capensis, though I am not certain. The other all I can say is a drosera.
You are right about them not being happy, they should have red dew on their leaves when in a healthy condition. I hope you do not take it the wrong way with these questions I am asking. It is not to be critical or accusatory, it is to find out possible reasons your plants are looking the way they look.

Check for pests too just in case! Mine looked like that when it had aphids. I waited too long to act for mine bc it never crossed my mind that CARNIVOROUS plants could be taken down by aphids
