LA CROSSE (WKBT) — David Boyett delivers ultra-fresh microgreens to customers’ doors within 24 hours of harvest through his one-man La Crosse operation, Little Gardener Microgreens.

Boyett grows, manages and delivers five varieties himself: sunflower, broccoli, purple radish, speckled peas and his own custom mix. The young vegetable greens contain 40 times more nutrients than mature greens and offer health benefits including boosted immunity, reduced inflammation and improved gut health.

Boyett recommends eating the microgreens raw as toppings on various foods to maximize their nutritional benefits.

Customers can order through his Facebook page, Little Gardener Microgreens, or email him at littlegardenermicro@gmail.com. Boyett also sells at the La Crosse Farmers Market during summer months.
