I’ve been concerned with the light not being strong enough I have them sitting very close but they’re visibly leaning towards the light and I’m not sure if this much is normal I have more lights they’re just much larger and harder to hang on one of the shelves without them laying on top of my seedlings

They look fine to me but I would transplant them sooner than later.
It’s very difficult to light a full tray with a single light. Think about how the distance gets further as you move horizontally.
You need more light and then you’ll need air movement.
