This began with just one plant centered in the middle. Over time it has "reproduced" on its own and now the pot is full. What am I supposed to do with this now? Is okay to rip out all except for just one? It's probably time for new soil as well and not sure how to tackle this. I'm not even sure what this plant is called. Sorry, first time dealing with this.

Upsize to a wider pot. Separate into multiple clumps. Separate into individuals. Whatever you want, really. Plant is Aristaloe aristata.
