GRANITE FALLS, Minnesota, Feb. 26, 2026 — This week on Prairie Yard & Garden, host Mary Holm travels to Bagley, Minnesota, to pick and sample honeyberries on Bernis Ingvalson’s farm. “The Honeyberry Farm,” the sixth episode of the show’s 39th season, airs Thursday, March 5 at 7:30 p.m. on Pioneer PBS.
Honeyberries are a unique fruit that thrive in Minnesota and throughout the Upper Midwest. Hardy, flavorful and well-suited to northern climates, they are proving to be a successful and delicious crop in the region. In this segment, Bernis Ingvalson welcomes host Mary Holm to her farm, Honeyberry USA, where viewers get an up-close look at how these berries are grown and why they have become a favorite for picking and sampling.
This episode of Prairie Yard & Garden as well as subsequent episodes of Prairie Yard & Garden, rebroadcast Saturdays at 4 p.m. and Mondays at 1 p.m. following the initial air date on Pioneer PBS.
