These brown spots have been spreading to a few leaves on my plant, what could they be? I water the plant 2x a week for a few years with no issues. I did move last year and had to prune some longer vines since there was no space for them, and the plant hasn't really grown back since, but these spots are new.

You water twice a week? Do you check the soil before you water? Two times a week for pothos is a lot of water. The spots look like over watering. Mine only need water every week and a half or so but before you water you need to stick your finger in the soil. It need to be dry at least an inch down before you give it another drink. If you aren’t comfortable sticking your finger in (sensory issues are real) then use a chopstick. If the stick is wet don’t water. I fear you may have accidentally been drowning her for too long. These are resilient plants so if you change watering she will couldn’t bounce back.
