It’s blurry so I can’t see properly but I would say it’s a calendula. Sometimes when the seed is stuck I spray water on it but I’m not sure it will work in your situation. Doesn’t hurt to try though!

You can mist it, place it under a humidity dome, and if it still hasn’t managed to crack it in two days even with additional humidity softening it up, manually remove it. (You might still end up breaking the seedling, but by that point, it can’t hurt to try.)
