I can't remember the scientific name but I know it's pretty invasive,I wanted to propagate it using the leaflings that grows on the side of the leaves,I don't really know how this variety of Mother of Thousands works,i've been waiting for the leaflings to grow roots but it's been 4 weeks, should i pick them up right now?
What should I do with them? (I'm a total newbie to this plant)

You can but they’ll just as quickly fall off or start rooting while attached. Honestly, just get a pot of soil and set it right next to it. You’ll see.
From my understanding, those little babies can grow in just about anything, hence why they are so invasive. I’m fairly certain this plant has looked at dandelions and said hold my beer in terms of where they can grow.

“How do I propagate this plant that propagates on its own?”
Light torch, burn to ground.
the correct way to propagate this is to take all the little leaflets off and burn them with fire, and make sure the mother plant is indoors where it can’t spread to the surrounding environment
/half joking
the babies will root once theyre detached from the main plant
