went to my local/regional nursery to grab a yucca, ended up seeing the new load of cactus before they made it to the sales area and immediately snagged a few hedgehogs before they got watered to death. then did a compulsory check of the native ferocactus and found a double header. i swear I've bought 7 of these damn things this spring and every single one had base rot when I unpotted them.
