Hello! I picked up this gloriosum from facebook market place a few days ago, it has big lush leaves but has reached the end of its pot. A few of its leaves have this browning round the edges, and it seems to be getting worse, I have not watered it since I got it I have just left it to acclimatise. Is this a sign of root rot? Or is it just the stress of moving? Apologies this is the first philodendron I've owned so not learned how they work yet! Thank you!

It doesn’t necessarily look like root rot to me. Best way to check for that would be to take it out of the soil, and to examine the roots. It could’ve been (over)underwatered at some point? If it has reached the end of the pot, you could cut a portion at the end, keeping the roots intact and replant it in the same pot to grow alongside the mother plant.
