My bear paws (mother plant and prop)

I've had the mother plant (bigger pot) for about 5 years. They seem happy and have grown so much! The Mom has korked over the years but won't flower or get red tips 🫣 Any inside knowledge is appreciated lol. -Owala bottle for size reference 😉
