Normal process of absorption seen on lower !leaves. New growth looks great.
Underwatering also can be harmful. They grow up between those terms, so they’ll need more water or a bigger pot over time.
Check those leaves got soft or wrinkled when you pinch it(softly), after 3-4 weeks you watered and twice a week.
If you water like that, they won’t be overwatered.
How’s those leaves now? I mean the upper leaves.
Nothing major wrong. Your jade is just too dry. Bottom leaves yellowing + crispy = it’s been thirsty too long.
7–8 weeks between watering is a bit much for jade plants.
Give it a good soak, then water again when the soil is fully dry (usually 3–4 weeks).
