What would you do with this garden?

Our idea is to put half the garden with artificial fluffy grass (we can’t do real grass, it doesn’t rain enough nor we want to waste that much water plus we have lots of droughts), and the other half would be a glass enclosure with glass walls and ceiling and glass doors opening to the grass part. The floor we’re thinking cement (microcement is called? I think) and the stairs to the inside would also be cement, matching the floor.

For furniture I want to put a big wooden dining table we now have inside on the ceiling part, and sofas and a hammock on the garden part.

What do you think? What would you do with this space? And what materials would you do?
