I believe it’s a Philodendron giganteum. The owner mentioned it’s nearly 40 years old and stands well over 6 meters tall. Truly an impressive specimen.
With that stem it looks definitely like a Taumatophyllum. The leafs remind me of Taumatophyllum Speciosum. I dont think Philodendron get those distinguishable stems.
