so i got this lil guy atleast 30 mins ago and knew i could save it. main question is do i chop the leaves? i gave it hella water because that soil was so dry and am moving it into new soil tomorrow.im normally a succulent keeper but i feel empathy for dying plants lol.

Ooooo you da real saver, k so check the last leaf, is the stem healthy? If it is cut the stem all the way up to the leaf because there is where the new leaf grows, then cut all damaged leaves, check roots cut root rot, pot in a good mix, and see the magic
