LA CROSSE (WKBT)– The Epsilon Iota Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse has proudly announced the installation of the Bi-Centennial Patrick J. Stephens Memorial Garden, honoring the extraordinary legacy of Patrick Stephens, a foundational leader of the La Crosse community.
The memorial garden will be unveiled on July 4, 2026, at the fraternity home located at 1429 Main Street. According to the press release, “the location holds special significance, as it is the very home that Stephens helped secure for the chapter in 1968 — a defining moment in the organization’s history and a lasting symbol of brotherhood and commitment”.
The Bi-Centennial Patrick J. Stephens Memorial Garden will serve as a permanent reminder of Stephens’ enduring influence and the values he championed.
