Ask a Master Gardner your plant and insect questions via email or at in-person clinics

information released

It’s a sure sign that spring is on its way when the WSU Extension Chelan–Douglas County Master Gardeners reopen its Plant & Insect Clinic for the growing season!

The Master Gardeners welcome people to bring their plant or insect samples, photos or questions to its trained diagnostic team.

Beginning on February 23, the team will be manning its in-person clinic 1 to 4 p.m. every Monday at the Wenatchee Public Library, 310 Douglas St.

Starting in May, the team will also reopen its third Saturday clinics at its Community Education Garden, 1100 N. Western Ave. in Wenatchee. Those clinic dates are: May 16, June 20, July 18, Aug. 15 and Sept. 19.

And, don’t forget, that you can always email a master gardener year-round with your growing questions. Include plant details, symptoms and your phone number so they can follow up with you.
