David Austin has a select number of older discontinued roses available now including Lady Emma Hamilton, Jude the Obscure and Crown Princess Margareta among others. You need to actually search for the varieties though, they don't seem to be listed on their main catalogue. Munstead Wood was available but has now sold out. Posting here if anyone was after some of the rarer varieties.

I’m not surprised Munstead Wood sold out; they normally seem to only list bomb-proof roses whilst their loyal fans would still buy their most beautiful ones even though they need a bit more care!
